North to Norfolk

Although it was a windy day the Lincoln Chrome team had a blast at the US92 Fueling the Fire Truck show last weekend. It was a long week of travel for me; I flew in early from Sacramento, Cal to attend the show. After 11 days of traveling it was good to be home in NE, and hanging with friends at a truck show was a nice homecoming.

This is the 2^nd year the Lincoln team has attended the US92 Fueling the Fire truck show. This is one of the more laid back shows we attended, the people are amazing, the host take great care of everyone, and we always enjoy ourselves. We spent most of the day talking with drivers, catching up with old friends and making new ones.

There were over 50 trucks in the show and all were impressive. This show brings out some great working trucks, and it is always a blast hearing driver’s talk about their rigs.

Our next stop is Vegas for the Great West Truck show. We hope to see ya'll there!

Over the last 30 days Lincoln Chrome has surpassed many major milestones. During the month of March the Lincoln Chrome business experienced a record sales month, and on April 16th, the business will surpass last year's total sales.

The team and I could not be more excited about the momentum the Lincoln Chrome product has in the market. In the last few weeks we have had over 125 truck drivers call in on the toll free number asking where they could buy our product.

On the road again to another show, this week I will be in Wildwood, FL head to the I-75 Chrome Shops Pride and Polish show. Lincoln Chrome shines at Mid-America

Hello from Lincoln, NE!!!

Josh (aka Clamps) and I had a great time at the Mid-America truck show again this year. As the Lincoln Chrome business continues to grow so do our friendships in the trucking industry, this year over 28% of the truck in the PKY truck beauty contact were styling with Lincoln Chrome stacks. All 4 of the best in show winners had Lincoln Chrome stacks and this winner of the Big Rig Build off had custom built stacks from Lincoln. It was a great year for our team and our many great customers.

Josh and I would like to thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you on the road as we are planning to attend many other events though out the year.

It is finally here!!! In a few hours William Palensky and I will be hitting the road to Louisville, KY for the Mid-America show. We spent the day packing up and figuring out all the last min details. We arrive late Tuesday and will spend the day Wed setting up our display and the display at the Paul K Memorial Truck Beauty contest area.

Josh arrives late Tuesday night, and several other Lincoln Chrome people will be joining us on Friday.

We are very excited about this year’s show and we look forward to seeing you all there………

15 Days and Counting

It is hard to believe that it is only 15 days until the Mid-America Truck Show in Louisville, KY. This is a show that Josh and I look forward to every year. It is always a great time to see old friends and make some new ones.

This year Josh and I will be joined by several people from our company. Katie LeBaron, who is our production planner, will be in the booth on Friday and Saturday. William Palensky, who works in our IT Department, is driving down with me to help Josh and I set up on Wed and the will be working with us Thurs and Fri.

Friday is going to be an exciting day for Lincoln Chrome. We have the following people attending the show:

LINCOLN INDUSTRIES UNVEILS NEVERBLUE TECHNOLOGY

LINCOLN, NE—Lincoln Industries is proud to introduce its newest innovation, NeverBlue^TM technology. As emissions regulations lead to an increase in engine exhaust temperatures and the resulting discoloration of chrome finishes, NeverBlue provides an effective solution to both meet emission regulations and prevent the “bluing” of highly cosmetic chrome.

The NeverBlue^TM technology is a combination of processes that prevents chrome finishes from discoloring at high temperatures. “No one else has this sophisticated or effective of a solution. Anyone who wants to preserve the quality of their stacks and keep their truck looking sharp can now turn to us for the answer. We already have the best looking stacks in the industry, and now we can make sure they stay that way even with higher exhaust temperatures,” said Parker.

Parker pointed to the company’s dedication to taking on the most difficult customer challenges as the primary motivation for creating NeverBlue technology. In this case, meeting customers’ needs meant finding an answer that many thought was impossible. But with the experience and history of innovation at Lincoln Industries, nothing would stop the team from finding the right solution.

Hanging With Colt Ford

Last weekend, several members of the Lincoln Industries team had a chance to spend a little time with country music entertainer Colt Ford as he was touring the Mid-west. “Colt is a great friend of the trucking business,” said Darren Parker Director of Aftermarket Truck for Lincoln Chrome. “We had a blast hanging with Colt and the guys before the show, and, as always, Colts performance was amazing.
